"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"After 2 years my TV stopped working. First I called the TV manufacturer's support team and they determined that the device had failed and that the 1-year warranty from them had elapsed. I then called SquareTrade and their technical team walked me through many of the same procedures that the manufacturer had performed. Once they'd narrowed down the fault domain they decided that some boards would need to be replaced. Within an hour of talking to SquareTrade's team I received an email letting me know that the boards had shipped. Both boards arrived within 2 days, and the technician arrived the day after that - so 3 days after I called SquareTrade the technician arrived. He replaced the boards in less than an hour, but upon powering up the system the problem persisted. He rechecked the connections and tried again - the problem persisted. He called SquareTrade and informed them of the issues, and they determined that the problem was at a lower level and that the TV couldn't be repaired. SquareTrade told the tech to take the new boards out of the TV and put the old boards back in. He then left the house and took the new boards with him. Within an hour I received an email an email from SquareTrade with a list of televisions they would provide as a replacement for my broken device. After trading a few emails with them we were able to come to a resolution. I was very happy with the outcome and will gladly purchase a SquareTrade warranty on my future purchases."

"I had a problem with my tv and contacted the office. They were extremely helpful and had the correct answers for all my questions. The technician was early and introduced himself with a handshake. He went to work immediately and called the office explaining what the problem was. By the way the parts that were ordered arrived immediately. I was advised as to when I would be contacted. The office contacted me via email and gave me my choices for replacement. According to the office I should hear from them within 3-5 days and I was. Just awaiting for the replacement. WHY CAN'T ALL BUSINESSES RUN LIKE YOURS?????? You are the best!Hope your entire staff has a wonderful new year! They deserve it!"

"The only reason I gave it 4 Stars was because it took forever to actually get to a person I could talk to. But once I did, the young man I got provided excellent customer service and I had my claim completed and my phone actually fixed within about four hours! "
