"I ordered a film from np247 in 2003, which I duly received before Christmas and was happy until I opened it. It was the wrong film! Contacted np247 and was told where to return it to. I did this about a week later. I never received a refund nor have I any store credit!!! After MANY e-mails being ignored I gave up, around £40 out of pocket!!!"

"I ordered 3 DVDs from this company. The credit card was immediately charged for the purchase even though they didn't them in stock. After waiting for a month, only 1 DVD was available. So I accepted the delivery of 1 DVD and they promised I would be refunded the difference. It is now June 2004 and I am still waiting for my refund. They never responded to my emails sent to them. They only reply after I sent to the sender that sent me the email notifying me that only 1 DVD was available. Still despite his promise to send me a money order for the refund nothing is received after 1 month. I will register a complaint with my credit card company if I don't hear back from them in a week."
"Unfortunately I didn't know about RESELLERRATINGS.COM before ordering from these crooks..!! I ordered 3 DVD's in early February for a total value of $75. My credit card was charged immediately.Two weeks later I got an e-mail from Vince saying that 2 of the 3 DVD's were on back-order asking me what I wanted to do. I asked for the one in stock to be shipped and the others to be sent as soon as they arrived. I did receive one DVD a week or so later but it's now months later and there's no sign of the other two. Like most of the other posts I've sent numerous e-mails with no reply. The fax number provided on the website is also useless.I'm particularly annoyed because I linked to this site originally from YAHOO! Shopping.I'm going to contact my credit card company and ask for a charge-back.Be warned - do not buy anything from this website."

I have had not received and replies to any further attempts at contacting them. My order status online still says "your order is approved and waiting for shipment"."

"UPDATE FROM MY LAST POST BELOW:I started sending 10 copies of the same email demanding either a refund or explanation every other day and finally after 2 months of nothing I got a reply from a firstname.lastname@example.org who didn't offer any explanations but let me know my order had just been shipped. For everyone out there don't let up - keep emailing everyone of their contact email addresses like i did and hopefully someone will contact you back too.
