"I like the merchandise the store has to offer . I have gotten used to associates not being over friendly , however, today was totally uncalled for . I said hello to the manager (or so I was told) she did not even reply to me as she was busy dusting with her feather duster . I went to check out and was purchasing 3 pairs of slacks and a pair of she's . The young man Corbin was opening a Goody's card for a customer and was having computer issues. There were 3 other people to check out in front of me . I went to the lady that she as vacuuming and ask her if she was just housekeeping- and she looked at me like she could run thru me ... her reply was NO . I Ask her if she was able to run a register as the young man at the front was backed up with 4 people in line. She replied - he'll call me if he needs me . This manager is the most unapproachable unfriendly person I have ever met ! I am sure I offended her when I ask if she was housekeeping - I did apologize to her for that"

"After I came home was reviewing my receipt and I noticedthat the Doorbuster was not a door buster for me sign plainly said fine print sale price 13.60, I was charged 17.60 for my shirt. Just like other stores pay attention to those sale prices, most of the time your not getting a bargain at all. Why can't they just make their sale signs simple and honor the sale price. If their on the rack if sign is up all on that rack should be sale price in fine print..........."

"We waited in line behind a couple. The cashier was friendly and even assisted with coupons. A cashier yelled across that she would take next in line. We moved over. We were not greeted. We were asked to give our phone number. We said no thanks, and the sales associate refused to move forward with the purchase without it. We gave a fake number. She punched it in asking me to repeat myself several times, although we were already frustrated. If my sweet grandmother, who is rarely able to shop out, hadn't wanted to purchase a purse, I would have walked out. The associate was rude and disrespectful. We will not return."

"I was looking for jeans that fit well & had visited other Department stores & noticed how everything was cluttered & messy, so when I come in our Goody's, I always notice how neat everything is. I really appreciate the cleanliness & organization, since I worked at Mervyn's many years ago & that was something that was stressed. If you weren't helping a customer, you better be making everything look nice. Thank you also for always greeting everyone with a smile, it's very uplifting."
