"My initial experience with glasses USA was great! I purchased a pair of premium glasses that were red and brown, however when I received them to red was not as intense as I’d hoped. I in turn contacted the company and requested a return/refund, all of which were handled smoothly. I later saw another pair of sunglasses that I thought were reasonably cute & affordable. I ordered the glasses and never received them. I checked the UPS tracking website, it said that the glasses were delivered on my doorstep. However, the time they were supposedly delivered I was actually home. Secondly the place they were supposedly delivered was in San Marco‘s California, I don’t live in San Marcos California. Upon realizing that the classes were not delivered and I was home at the time they were supposedly delivered I contacted both UPS and glasses USA. I requested an investigation to begin to locate the paid in full glasses only to be told that they’re waiting for information from UPS. That was July 27 it is now August 14 and I’m still being told to wait that investigation this is happening. In the meantime I’ve contacted many customer service representative some of which have completely disconnected (my version of hanging up in your face). Promises not kept & no money, no product. "
