"The girl that helped me at the beauty department was very rude her attitude gave me the expression she didn't want to be there and then I went back to the front desk to ask a question and they send me with her again when she realizes it was me again she gave me this dirty look and she acted like she didn't want to help me I walked out of there so depressed because I really wanted to buy my makeup but I was so unsure and I didn't feel right with the options she gave me and on top of it I drive 30 min for nothing "

"Very satisfied with this location. I shop at the San Marcos location also. Their inventory is getting lower every time I go in. I asked the manager why and he told me they let it go down because they are about to inventory. This time in the store I even noticed a lot of room. Tables and racks were removed. Is this store going out of business? That is how it appeared. Thank you. I have shopped Balls for several years and have been very satisfied."

"Nothing to choose from in plus size department. When you do find something you think might work it’s a Misses size on the Plus size rack. Only about 6 racks in plus size. Seems you cater to Jr & Misses. So crowded you can’t get through from rack to rack. Then the racks are so crammed you can’t see what you looking at. Then there’s the dressing rooms. You have to go from one end of the store to the other to try something on, because the one close to Plus size appears to be a storage room now. The other one was full of clothes and dirty. This isn’t the only time I have seen this store like this. It’s everytime I go in there. Doubt I’ll ever go back. "
