"My neighbor and i have been doing business with your Fallon, NV store since the day it opened. We received your coupons, then Christmas we stopped getting them. I ask other friends and they are still getting them. I sent an email to your head office and I have received nothing. i went to the Fallon store and asked, they changed my account to read new customer and the clerk said we would get coupons. So far nothing. It is just the fact that others still receive them but we don't. I know this sounds Petty but it is just good business, to treat all of your customers the same way. I like the store but getting too junky. The shoe department was a mess, shoes all over the floor. It seems when you get a good clerk they don't stay. And we never get treated the same way. Some are helpful and know about the coupons and others will only let you use the one they pick. Some customers split their orders so they can used more coupons but then that is not the same for everyone. I know in small towns local people always get the best care. If you care about customers then make sure they are treated the same!"

Poor service at counter
"Went in on my lunch break to find a sweater for an event, found what I wanted. Went to the counter there was one customer and three clerks. Apparently only one clerk can ring anyone in as the other two clerks wouldn't even look at me, so after about 5 minutes I left without the sweater and no one inquired on my way out the door. Poor poor service."
